इस प्रकार श्रीमह्याभारत भीष्मपर्वके अन्तर्गत भीष्मवधपर्वमें सातवें दिनके युद्धर्ें सुशर्मा और अर्जुनकी भिड़ंतसे सम्बन्ध रखनेवाला चौरासीवाँ अध्याय पूरा हुआ
Iti prakāraḥ Śrīmahābhārate Bhīṣmaparvake antargataṃ Bhīṣmavadhaparvaṇi saptame dine yuddhe Suśarmā-Arjunayoḥ bhiḍantena sambandhaṃ rakhanevālā caturāśītitamo ’dhyāyaḥ pūrṇaḥ.
ഇങ്ങനെ ശ്രീമഹാഭാരതത്തിലെ ഭീഷ്മപർവ്വത്തിനകത്തെ ഭീഷ്മവധപർവ്വത്തിൽ, യുദ്ധത്തിന്റെ ഏഴാം ദിനത്തിൽ സുശർമയും അർജുനനും തമ്മിലുള്ള ഏറ്റുമുട്ടലുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട എൺപത്തിനാലാം അധ്യായം സമാപ്തമായി।
