भीष्मभीमसमागमः — Bhīṣma–Bhīma Strategic Engagement and Counsel to the King
एतदुक्त्वा तु कौन्तेयो धनुज्यामवमृज्य च । ववर्ष शरवर्षाणि नराधिपगणान् प्रति,ऐसा कहकर कुन्तीनन्दन अर्जुनने अपने धनुषकी प्रत्यंचापर हाथ फेरा और विपक्षी नरेशोंपर बाणोंकी वर्षा प्रारम्भ कर दी
etad uktvā tu kaunteyo dhanu-jyām avamṛjya ca | vavarṣa śara-varṣāṇi narādhipa-gaṇān prati ||
സഞ്ജയൻ പറഞ്ഞു—“ഇങ്ങനെ പറഞ്ഞ ശേഷം കൗന്തേയൻ അർജുനൻ ധനുസ്സിന്റെ ജ്യയിൽ കൈയോടിച്ചു, എതിര്പക്ഷ രാജാക്കന്മാരുടെ നേരെ അമ്പുകളുടെ മഴ പെയ്യാൻ തുടങ്ങി.”
