अभि्येतां ततो व्यूहौ तस्मिन् वीरवरक्षये । आसीद् व्यतिकरो घोरस्तव तेषां च भारत
abhiyetāṁ tato vyūhau tasmin vīravarakṣaye | āsīd vyatikaro ghoras tava teṣāṁ ca bhārata ||
പിന്നീട് വീരനാശം വിതയ്ക്കുന്ന ആ യുദ്ധത്തിൽ ഇരുസേനകളുടെയും വ്യൂഹങ്ങൾ തകർന്നു; ഹേ ഭാരതാ, നിങ്ങളുടെ സൈന്യവും അവരുടെ സൈന്യവും ഭയങ്കരമായി കലർന്നുമുട്ടി.
