इन्द्रियार्थेषु वैराग्यमनहंकार4“5 एव च । जन्ममृत्युजराव्याधिदु:ःखदोषानुदर्शनम्‌

indriyārtheṣu vairāgyam anahaṅkāra eva ca | janma-mṛtyu-jarā-vyādhi-duḥkha-doṣānudarśanam ||

ഇന്ദ്രിയവിഷയങ്ങളോടുള്ള വൈരാഗ്യം, അഹങ്കാരരാഹിത്യം, കൂടാതെ ജനനം–മരണം–ജര–വ്യാധി എന്നീ ദുഃഖദോഷങ്ങളെ നിരന്തരം ദർശിക്കുക.
