अवारयन्त संहृष्टास्तावका: पुरुषर्षभा: । युद्धमें प्रलयकालीन जलप्रवाहके समान आते हुए उन वीरोंको आपकी सेनाके श्रेष्ठ पुरुषोंने हर्ष और उत्साहमें भरकर रोका

Transliteration

avārayanta saṁhṛṣṭās tāvakāḥ puruṣarṣabhāḥ |

Translation

സഞ്ജയൻ പറഞ്ഞു—ആഹ്ലാദത്തോടെ ഉന്മേഷിതരായ നിന്റെ പുരുഷർഷഭന്മാർ അവരെ തടഞ്ഞു. പ്രളയകാല ജലപ്രവാഹംപോലെ കുതിച്ചെത്തിയ ആ വീരന്മാരെ നിന്റെ സേനയിലെ ശ്രേഷ്ഠർ ഹർഷോത്സാഹത്തോടെ തടഞ്ഞുനിർത്തി.
