शरैर्घातयतु क्षिप्रं समन््ताद् भरतर्षभ | भरतश्रेष्ठ] इसी अवसरका लाभ लेकर पाण्डुपुत्र अर्जुन मुझे चारों ओरसे शीघ्रतापूर्वक बाणोंद्वारा मार डालनेका प्रयत्न करे

ഭീഷ്മൻ പറഞ്ഞു— ഭരതശ്രേഷ്ഠാ, അവൻ എല്ലാദിക്കുകളിൽ നിന്നുമെല്ലാം വേഗത്തിൽ അമ്പുകളാൽ എന്നെ വീഴ്ത്തട്ടെ।
