विषाणेन च तेनैव कुम्भे5भ्याहत्य दन्तिनम् । पातयामास समरे दण्डहस्त इवान्तक:,उन्होंने किसी दन््तार हाथीका दाँत पकड़कर उखाड़ लिया और उस हाथीको दन्तहीन बना दिया। फिर उसी दाँतके द्वारा उसके कुम्भस्थलमें प्रहार करके दण्डधारी यमराजकी भाँति समरांगणमें उसे मार गिराया
Translation
സഞ്ജയൻ പറഞ്ഞു—അതു തന്നെയായ ദന്തം കൊണ്ടു കുംഭസ്ഥാനത്ത് പ്രഹരിച്ച്, സമരത്തിൽ ആ ദന്തിയാനയെ അവൻ വീഴ്ത്തി—ദണ്ഡഹസ്തനായ അന്തകൻ (യമൻ) പോലെ.
