अद्यप्रभृति कौन्तेय यजस्व समयो हि ते । मुहूर्तो यज्ञिय: प्राप्तश्नीदयन्तीह याजका:,“कुन्तीनन्दन! तुम आजसे यज्ञ आरम्भ कर दो। उसका समय आ गया है। यज्ञका शुभ मुहूर्त उपस्थित है और याजकगण तुम्हें बुला रहे हैं
vaiśampāyana uvāca |
adya-prabhṛti kaunteya yajasva samayo hi te |
muhūrto yajñiyaḥ prāptaḥ snīdayantīha yājakāḥ ||
വൈശമ്പായനൻ പറഞ്ഞു—“കൗന്തേയാ! ഇന്നുമുതൽ യാഗം ആരംഭിക്ക; നിനക്കുള്ള സമയം വന്നിരിക്കുന്നു. യാഗത്തിന്റെ ശുഭമുഹൂർത്തം ലഭിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു; ഇവിടെ യാജകർ നിന്നെ വിളിക്കുന്നു.”
