इस प्रकार श्रीमहाभारत आश्वमेधिकपर्वके अन्तर्गत अनुगीतापर्वमें त्रिगतोंकी पराजयविषयक चौहत्तरवाँ अध्याय पूरा हुआ

Iti prakāraṃ Śrīmahābhārata Āśvamedhika-parvake antargata Anugītā-parvameṃ Trigatānāṃ parājaya-viṣayaka catuḥsaptatitamo ’dhyāyaḥ pūrṇaḥ.

ഇങ്ങനെ ശ്രീമഹാഭാരതത്തിലെ ആശ്വമേധികപർവ്വത്തിന്റെ അന്തർഗതമായ അനുഗീതാപർവ്വത്തിൽ ത്രിഗർത്തരുടെ പരാജയവിഷയകമായ എഴുപത്തിനാലാം അധ്യായം സമാപ്തമായി।
