पौत्रस्तव महाभागो जनिष्यति महामना: । पृथ्वीं सागरपर्यन्तां पालयिष्यति धर्मत:

Transliteration

pautras tava mahābhāgo janiṣyati mahāmanāḥ | pṛthvīṃ sāgaraparyantāṃ pālayiṣyati dharmataḥ |

Translation

ഹേ കുരുശ്രേഷ്ഠാ! നിനക്ക് മഹാഭാഗ്യവാനും മഹാമനസ്സുള്ളവനുമായ ഒരു പൗത്രൻ ജനിക്കും; അവൻ ധർമ്മപ്രകാരം സമുദ്രപര്യന്തമായ മുഴുവൻ ഭൂമിയും പരിപാലിക്കും. അതിനാൽ, ഹേ ശത്രുസൂദന, ശോകം ഉപേക്ഷിക്ക; ഇതിൽ കൂടുതൽ ആലോചന വേണ്ട—എന്റെ വാക്ക് സത്യമാകും।
