Adhyāya 51: Kṛṣṇa’s Leave-Taking and Departure for Dvārakā (द्वारकागमनानुमति)
वायुदेव उवाच इत्युक्त: स तदा शिष्यो गुरुणा धर्ममुत्तमम् । चकार सर्व कौन्तेय ततो मोक्षमवाप्तवान्,श्रीकृष्णने कहा--अर्जुन! गुरुदेवके ऐसा कहनेपर उस शिष्यने समस्त उत्तम धर्मोंका पालन किया। इससे वह संसार-बन्धनसे मुक्त हो गया
vāyudeva uvāca | ity uktaḥ sa tadā śiṣyo guruṇā dharmam uttamam | cakāra sarva kaunteya tato mokṣam avāptavān |
വായുദേവൻ പറഞ്ഞു—ഗുരുവിന്റെ ഉപദേശം ലഭിച്ച ആ ശിഷ്യൻ അപ്പോൾ പരമധർമ്മം പൂർണ്ണമായി ആചരിച്ചു. അതിനാൽ, ഹേ കൗന്തേയ, അവൻ സാംസാരബന്ധനത്തിൽ നിന്ന് വിമുക്തനായി മോക്ഷം പ്രാപിച്ചു.

Right instruction must be followed by complete practice: when the disciple fully performs the highest dharma taught by the guru, the fruit is mokṣa—release from saṃsāra’s bondage.
Vāyudeva concludes an exemplum addressed to Arjuna (Kaunteya): after the guru’s counsel, the disciple undertakes the prescribed supreme dharma in its entirety and, as a result, attains liberation.
