पृथ्वी पञ्चगुणा ज्ञेया चरस्थावरसंकुला । सर्वभूतकरी देवी शुभाशुभनिदर्शिनी
pṛthvī pañcaguṇā jñeyā carasthāvarasaṅkulā | sarvabhūtakārī devī śubhāśubhanidarśinī ||
വായു പറഞ്ഞു—പൃഥ്വി പഞ്ചഗുണയുക്തയെന്നു അറിക. അവൾ ദേവി; ചര-സ്ഥാവര ജീവികളാൽ നിറഞ്ഞവൾ; സകലഭൂതങ്ങളെയും ജനിപ്പിക്കുന്നവൾ; ശുഭാശുഭങ്ങളെ വെളിപ്പെടുത്തുന്നവൾ.
