Mokṣa-dharma Yoga-Upadeśa: Equanimity, Sense-Restraint, and Vision of the Ātman (आत्मदर्शन-योगोपदेशः)

इत्युक्त: स मया शिष्यो मेधावी मधुसूदन । पप्रच्छ पुनरेवेम॑ मोक्षधर्म सुदुर्वचम्‌,मधुसूदन! मेरे ऐसा कहनेपर उस मेधावी शिष्यने पुनः जिसका निरूपण करना अत्यन्त कठिन है, उस मोक्षधर्मके विषयमें पूछा--

ity uktaḥ sa mayā śiṣyo medhāvī madhusūdana | papraccha punar evema mokṣadharma sudurvacam ||

മധുസൂദനാ! ഞാൻ ഇങ്ങനെ പറഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ, ആ മേധാവിയായ ശിഷ്യൻ വീണ്ടും—വ്യാഖ്യാനിക്കാൻ അത്യന്തം ദുഷ്കരമായ—മോക്ഷധർമ്മത്തെക്കുറിച്ച് ചോദിച്ചു।
