यथा लोहस्य निःस्यन्दो निषिक्तो बिम्बविग्रहम् । उपैति तद् विजानीहि गर्भ जीवप्रवेशनम्,जैसे तपाये हुए लोहेका द्रव जैसे साँचेमें ढाला जाता है उसीका रूप धारण कर लेता है, उसी प्रकार गर्भमें जीवका प्रवेश होता है, ऐसा समझो (अर्थात् जीव जिस प्रकारकी योनिमें प्रविष्ट होता है, उसी रूपमें उसका शरीर बन जाता है)
yathā lohasya niḥsyando niṣikto bimbavigraham | upaiti tad vijānīhi garbhe jīvapraveśanam ||
ചൂടേറ്റ ഇരുമ്പിന്റെ ഉരുകിയൊഴുക്ക് അച്ചിൽ ഒഴിക്കുമ്പോൾ ആ അച്ചിന്റെ രൂപം തന്നെയെടുക്കുന്നതുപോലെ, ഗർഭത്തിൽ ജീവന്റെ പ്രവേശവും അങ്ങനെ തന്നെയെന്ന് അറിയുക—അവൻ ഏതു യോനിയിൽ പ്രവേശിക്കുമോ, അതനുസരിച്ച ദേഹരൂപം തന്നെ രൂപപ്പെടുന്നു.
