अनुजज्ञे स कौरव्य: परिष्वज्याभिनन्द्य च | गान्धार्या चाभ्यनुज्ञाता: कृतपादाभिवादना:

Transliteration

anujajñe sa kauravyaḥ pariṣvajyābhinandya ca | gāndhāryā cābhyanujñātaḥ kṛtapādābhivādanāḥ ||

Translation

അപ്പോൾ ആ കൗരവൻ (ധൃതരാഷ്ട്രൻ) അവരെ ആലിംഗനം ചെയ്ത് അനുഗ്രഹിച്ച് യാത്രാനുമതി നൽകി. ഗന്ധാരിയുടെ പാദങ്ങളിൽ വന്ദനം ചെയ്ത ശേഷം അവളിൽ നിന്നുമും അവർക്ക് വിടപറയാനുള്ള അനുമതി ലഭിച്ചു।
