क्षणेनान्तर्तिताश्रैव प्रेक्षतामेव ले5डभवन्‌ । अवगाहा महात्मान: पुण्यां भागीरथीं नदीम्‌

Transliteration

kṣaṇenāntarhitāś caiva prekṣatām eva leḍabhavan | avagāhā mahātmānaḥ puṇyāṃ bhāgīrathīṃ nadīm ||

Translation

വൈശമ്പായനൻ പറഞ്ഞു—ഒരു ക്ഷണത്തിൽ തന്നെ, എല്ലാവരും നോക്കി നിൽക്കെ, അവർ ദൃഷ്ടിയിൽ നിന്ന് മറഞ്ഞു; പുണ്യമായ ഭാഗീരഥിയിൽ അവഗാഹനം ചെയ്ത് അദൃശ്യരായി.
