कुन्त्याः वनगमननिश्चयः — Kuntī’s Resolve to Depart for the Forest
योगो योग इति प्रीत्या ततः शब्दो महानभूत् | क्रोशतां सादिनां तत्र युज्यतां युज्यतामिति,“चलनेको तैयार हो जाओ, तैयार हो जाओ” इस प्रकार उनका प्रेमपूर्ण आदेश प्राप्त होते ही घुड़सवार सब ओर पुकार-पुकारकर कहने लगे, 'सवारियोंको जोतो, जोतो!” इस तरहकी घोषणा करनेसे वहाँ महान् कोलाहल मच गया

അപ്പോൾ സ്നേഹപൂർവ്വമായ “യോജിപ്പിക്കൂ, യോജിപ്പിക്കൂ!” എന്ന ആജ്ഞ ലഭിച്ചതോടെ അവിടെ മഹാശബ്ദം ഉയർന്നു. കുതിരപ്പടക്കാർ എല്ലാടവും വിളിച്ചു—“കെട്ടൂ, കെട്ടൂ!” എന്ന്; ആ പ്രഖ്യാപനത്തിൽ വലിയ കോലാഹലം പടർന്നു.
