Pitṛ-śrāddha-haviḥ-phala-nirdeśa
Offerings for Ancestors and Their Stated Results
तमूचुर्विबुधा: सर्वे ते चैव परमर्षय: । त्वां नियोक्ष्यामहे कार्ये तद् भवान् कर्तुमरहति
tam ūcur vibudhāḥ sarve te caiva paramarṣayaḥ | tvāṁ niyokṣyāmahe kārye tad bhavān kartum arhati |
അപ്പോൾ എല്ലാ ദേവന്മാരും പരമർഷിമാരും അവനോടു പറഞ്ഞു— “നിന്നെ ഞങ്ങൾ ഒരു കര്മ്മത്തിലേക്ക് നിയോഗിക്കും; അത് നീ നിർവഹിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്.”
