Pitṛ-śrāddha-haviḥ-phala-nirdeśa
Offerings for Ancestors and Their Stated Results
१५८ ।। नच क्षरति तेभ्यश्व यशश्रैवाप्तुते महत् । सुवर्णमक्षयं दत्त्वा लोकांश्षाप्रोति पुष्कलान्
na ca kṣarati tebhyaś ca yaśaś caivāpnute mahat | suvarṇam akṣayaṁ dattvā lokān prāpnoti puṣkalān ||
അക്ഷയമായ സ്വർണം ദാനം ചെയ്യുന്നവൻ ആ പുണ്യലോകങ്ങളിൽ നിന്ന് പതിക്കുകയില്ല. ഈ ലോകത്ത് അവന് മഹായശസ്സ് ലഭിക്കുന്നു; പരലോകത്ത് അനേകം സമൃദ്ധമായ പുണ്യലോകങ്ങൾ പ്രാപിക്കുന്നു.
