Pitṛ-śrāddha-haviḥ-phala-nirdeśa

Offerings for Ancestors and Their Stated Results

न हि तेजस्विनां शापास्तेज:सु प्रभवन्ति वै । बलान्यतिबल प्राप्य दुर्बलानि भवन्ति वै

na hi tejasvināṃ śāpās tejaḥsu prabhavanti vai | balāny atibalaṃ prāpya durbalāni bhavanti vai ||

തേജസ്വികളുടെ ശാപങ്ങൾ തേജസ്വികളിൽ യഥാർത്ഥത്തിൽ പ്രഭാവം ചെലുത്തുന്നില്ല. അതുപോലെ സാധാരണ ശക്തികൾ—എത്രയുണ്ടായാലും—അതിബലവാനെ നേരിടുമ്പോൾ ദുർബലമാകുന്നു.
