/ अपन क्रात बछ। सं: षट्सप्ततितमो< ध्याय: गोदानकी विधि

Transliteration

yudhiṣṭhira uvāca | vidhiṁ gavāṁ paraṁ śrotum icchāmi nṛpa tattvataḥ | yena tān śāśvatāl lokān arthināṁ prāptuyād iha ||

Translation

യുധിഷ്ഠിരൻ പറഞ്ഞു—ഹേ നരേശ്വരാ! ഗോദാനത്തിന്റെ പരമവിധി തത്ത്വമായി ഞാൻ കേൾക്കാൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നു; അതിലൂടെ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നവർ ഈ ലോകത്തിൽ നിന്നുതന്നെ അഭിഷ്ടമായ ശാശ്വത ലോകങ്ങളെ പ്രാപിക്കുമല്ലോ।
