Saudāsa–Vasiṣṭha on the Purifying Power of Cows
राघवो5पि प्रिय भ्रात्रे लकक्ष्मणाय यशस्विने । ऋषिभ्यो लक्ष्मणेनोक्तमरण्ये वसता प्रभो
rāghavo 'pi priya-bhrātre lakṣmaṇāya yaśasvine | ṛṣibhyo lakṣmaṇenoktam araṇye vasatā prabho ||
ഭീഷ്മൻ പറഞ്ഞു—ഹേ പ്രഭോ! രാഘവനും തന്റെ പ്രിയ സഹോദരൻ, യശസ്വിയായ ലക്ഷ്മണനുവേണ്ടി, വനത്തിൽ വസിച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കെ, ലക്ഷ്മണൻ പറഞ്ഞ വാക്കുകൾ ഋഷിമാർക്ക് അറിയിച്ചു॥
