गोप्रदानगुणाः तथा कपिलागोविधानम्

मनोज्ञं सर्वभूतेभ्य: सर्वतन्त्रं प्रदृश्यत । ईदृशाद् विपुलाल्लोकान्नास्ति लोकस्तथाविध:,गोलोक समस्त प्राणियोंके लिये मनोहर है। वहाँकी प्रत्येक वस्तुपर सबका समान अधिकार देखा जाता है। इतना विशाल दूसरा कोई लोक नहीं है
manojñaṃ sarvabhūtebhyaḥ sarvatantraṃ pradṛśyata | īdṛśād vipulāl lokān nāsti lokas tathāvidhaḥ ||
ഭീഷ്മൻ പറഞ്ഞു—ഗോലോകം എല്ലാ ജീവികൾക്കും മനോഹരമായി തോന്നുന്നു. അവിടെ എല്ലാറ്റിനുമേൽ എല്ലാവർക്കും സമാന അവകാശമുള്ള ഒരു സർവ്വജനീന ക്രമം കാണപ്പെടുന്നു. അത്ര വിപുലവും ഉത്തമവുമായ മറ്റൊരു ലോകം ഇല്ല।
