गोप्रदानविधिः (Gopradāna-vidhi) — Procedure and Praise of Cow-Gifting
कीदृशी दक्षिणा चैव गोप्रदाने विशिष्यते । एतत् तथ्येन भगवन् मम शंसितुमहसि
śakra uvāca |
kīdṛśī dakṣiṇā caiva gopradāne viśiṣyate |
etat tathyenā bhagavan mama śaṃsitum arhasi ||
ശക്രൻ പറഞ്ഞു—ഭഗവൻ! ഗോദാനം ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ ഏതു തരത്തിലുള്ള ദക്ഷിണയാണ് പ്രത്യേകമായി ശ്രേഷ്ഠമായി കണക്കാക്കപ്പെടുന്നത്? ദയചെയ്ത് ഇത് സത്യമായി എനിക്ക് പറഞ്ഞുതരണമേ।
