युधिछिर उवाच देया: किंलक्षणा गाव: काश्नापि परिवर्जयेत् । कीदृशाय प्रदातव्या न देया: कीदृशाय च,युधिष्ठिरने पूछा--पितामह! किन लक्षणोंवाली गौओंका दान करना चाहिये और किनका दान नहीं करना चाहिये? कैसे ब्राह्मणको गाय देनी चाहिये और कैसे ब्राह्मणको नहीं देनी चाहिये?
Translation
യുധിഷ്ഠിരൻ ചോദിച്ചു—പിതാമഹാ! ഏതു ലക്ഷണങ്ങളുള്ള പശുക്കളെ ദാനം ചെയ്യണം, ഏവയെ ഒഴിവാക്കണം? എങ്ങനെയുള്ള ബ്രാഹ്മണന് പശു നൽകണം, എങ്ങനെയുള്ളവന് നൽകരുത്?
