Strī-satkāra (On honoring women) — Mahābhārata 13.46
विपुल उवाच ब्रह्मर्षे मिथुनं कि तत् के च ते पुरुषा विभो । ये मां जानन्ति तत्त्वेन यन्मां त्वं परिपृच्छसि
vipula uvāca brahmarṣe mithunaṁ ki tat ke ca te puruṣā vibho | ye māṁ jānanti tattvena yan māṁ tvaṁ paripṛcchasi ||
വിപുലൻ പറഞ്ഞു—ഹേ ബ്രഹ്മർഷേ! ഞാൻ കണ്ട ആ സ്ത്രീ-പുരുഷ ദ്വയം ആരായിരുന്നു? പിന്നെ, ഹേ വിഭോ, എന്നെ തത്ത്വമായി അറിയുന്ന ആ ആറു പുരുഷന്മാർ ആരാണ്—അവരെക്കുറിച്ചല്ലേ നിങ്ങൾ എന്നോടു ചോദിക്കുന്നത്?
