Chapter 34

प्रसन्नहृददया श्चैव सर्वसत्त्वेषु नित्यश: । आपूृष्ठतापात्‌ स्वाध्याये युक्तास्तान्‌ पूजयाम्पहम्‌,जो नित्य-निरन्तर समस्त प्राणियोंपर प्रसन्नचित्त रहते और सबेरेसे दोपहरतक वेदोंके स्वाध्यायमें संलग्न रहते हैं, उनका मैं पूजन करता हूँ

prasannahṛdayāś caiva sarvasattveṣu nityaśaḥ | āpṛṣṭhātāpāt svādhyāye yuktās tān pūjayāmy aham ||

സകല ജീവികളോടും നിത്യവും പ്രസന്നഹൃദയവും കരുണാഭാവവും പുലർത്തി, പ്രഭാതം മുതൽ മധ്യാഹ്നം വരെ വേദസ്വാധ്യായത്തിൽ നിരതരായിരിക്കുന്നവരെ ഞാൻ പൂജിക്കുന്നു।
