ब्राह्मणपूजा-राजधर्मः | Royal Duty of Honoring Learned Brahmins

तस्यान्ववाये द्वौ राजन्‌ राजानौ सम्बभूवतु: । हैहयस्तालजंघश्न वत्सस्य जयतां वर,विजयी वीरोंमें श्रेष्ठ नरेश! राजा शर्यातिके वंशमें दो राजा बड़े विख्यात हुए--हैहय और तालजंघ। ये दोनों ही राजा वत्सके पुत्र थे

tasyānvavāye dvau rājan rājānau sambabhūvatuḥ | haihayas tālajaṅghaś ca vatsasya jayatāṃ vara ||

ഭീഷ്മൻ പറഞ്ഞു—രാജാവേ! അവന്റെ വംശത്തിൽ രണ്ടു രാജാക്കന്മാർ പ്രസിദ്ധരായി—ഹൈഹയനും താലജംഘനും. ജയശാലികളിൽ ശ്രേഷ്ഠനേ! അവർ ഇരുവരും വത്സന്റെ പുത്രന്മാരായിരുന്നു।
