ब्राह्मणपूजा-राजधर्मः | Royal Duty of Honoring Learned Brahmins

शक्रस्त्वमिति यो दैत्यैर्निंगृहीत: किलाभवत्‌ | उनके पुत्रो गृत्समद हुए जो रूपमें दूसरे इन्द्रके समान थे। कहते हैं, किसी समय दैत्योंने उन्हें यह कहते हुए पकड़ लिया था कि “तुम इन्द्र हो"

śakrastvam iti yo daityair niṅgṛhītaḥ kilābhavat |

ഭീഷ്മൻ പറഞ്ഞു— “ഒരിക്കൽ ദൈത്യർ അവനെ ‘നീ ശക്രൻ (ഇന്ദ്രൻ) ആണ’െന്ന് പറഞ്ഞ് പിടികൂടിയതായി പറയുന്നു. അവന്റെ പുത്രൻ ഗൃത്സമദൻ ആയിരുന്നു; രൂപത്തിൽ രണ്ടാമൻ ഇന്ദ്രനെപ്പോലെ.”
