तमथाजोौ विनिर्जित्य प्रतिजग्मुर्यथागतम्‌ । सौदेवस्त्वथ काशीशो दिवोदासो5भ्यषिच्यत

Transliteration

tam athājau vinirjitya pratijagmur yathāgatam | saudevas tv atha kāśīśo divodāso 'bhyasiñcyata ||

Translation

ഭീഷ്മൻ പറഞ്ഞു—യുദ്ധത്തിൽ അജനെ പരാജയപ്പെടുത്തി അവർ വന്നപോലെ തന്നേ മടങ്ങിപ്പോയി. തുടർന്ന് സൗദേവന്റെ പുത്രനായ ദിവോദാസൻ കാശീരാജനായി അഭിഷിക്തനായി.
