Marks of a Worthy Recipient and Stable Criteria of Dharma

कन्यां तां प्रतिगृहौव भार्या परमशो भनाम्‌ । उवास मुदितस्तत्र स्वाश्रमे विगतज्वर:

kanyāṃ tāṃ pratigṛhyaiva bhāryāṃ paramaśobhanām | uvāsa muditas tatra svāśrame vigatajvaraḥ ||

ഭീഷ്മൻ പറഞ്ഞു— ആ പരമശോഭനയായ കന്യയെ ഭാര്യയായി സ്വീകരിച്ചതോടെ മുനിയുടെ എല്ലാ ചിന്തകളും അന്തർജ്വരവും ശമിച്ചു. ജ്വരരഹിതനായി, ആനന്ദത്തോടെ, ശാന്തമനസ്സോടെ അവൻ തന്റെ ആശ്രമത്തിൽ അവളോടൊപ്പം വസിച്ചു.
