ഈ പരമരഹസ്യം ബ്രഹ്മാവിന്റെ ഹൃദയത്തിൽ സ്ഥാപിതമാണ്. ബ്രഹ്മാവ് അത് ശക്രനോട് (ഇന്ദ്രനോട്) പറഞ്ഞു; ശക്രൻ അത് മൃത്യുവിന് ഉപദേശിച്ചു.
