Transliteration

bhīṣma uvāca |

karandhamo naraśreṣṭhaḥ kathadhmorakṣa narādhipaḥ |

dakṣo 'mbharīṣaḥ kukuro raivataś ca mahāyaśāḥ ||

Translation

ഭീഷ്മൻ പറഞ്ഞു—(ഇനിയും) ഈ ശ്രേഷ്ഠ രാജർഷിമാരുടെ നാമങ്ങൾ കേൾക്കുക—നരശ്രേഷ്ഠൻ കരന്ധമൻ, നരാധിപൻ കഥധ്മോറൻ; ദക്ഷൻ, അംബരീഷൻ, കുകുരൻ, മഹായശസ്സുള്ള റൈവതൻ.
