तस्मात् पापं न गूहेत गूहमानं विवर्धयेत् । कृत्वा तत् साधुष्वाख्येयं ते तत् प्रशमयन्त्युत
tasmāt pāpaṃ na gūheta gūhamānaṃ vivardhayet | kṛtvā tat sādhūṣv ākhyeyaṃ te tat praśamayanty uta ||
അതുകൊണ്ട് പാപം മറയ്ക്കരുത്; മറച്ച പാപം വളരുന്നു. ഒരിക്കൽ പാപം ചെയ്തുപോയാൽ, അത് സദ്ജനങ്ങളായ সাধുക്കൾക്കു തുറന്നു പറയണം; അവർ അതിനെ ശമിപ്പിക്കുന്നു.
