रुक्मिणीं चाब्रवीत्‌ प्रीत: सर्वस्त्रीणां वरं यश:

Transliteration

vāyudeva uvāca | rukmiṇīṁ cābravīt prītaḥ sarvastrīṇāṁ varaṁ yaśaḥ, spṛkṣyanti puṇyagandhā ca kṛṣṇam ārādhayiṣyasi |

Translation

അപ്പോൾ പ്രസന്നനായി അദ്ദേഹം രുക്മിണിയോട് പറഞ്ഞു— “ശോഭനേ! നീ സർവ്വസ്ത്രീകളിലും ശ്രേഷ്ഠമായ യശസ്സു നേടും. പുണ്യസുഗന്ധം നിന്നെ സ്പർശിക്കും; നീ ശ്രീകൃഷ്ണാരാധനയിൽ നിരതയാകും।”
