साहं त्यक्त्वा गमिष्यामि भूमित्व॑ं ब्रह्मण: पदम् | अयं सराष्ट्रो नृपतिर्मा भूदिति ततोडगमत्
Translation
“ഇവന് ഇങ്ങനെയൊരു വിചാരമാണെങ്കിൽ, ഞാനും ഭൂമിത്വം—ലോകധാരണരൂപ ധർമ്മം—ത്യജിച്ച് ബ്രഹ്മലോകത്തിലേക്ക് പോകും; അപ്പോൾ ഈ രാജാവ് തന്റെ രാജ്യത്തോടുകൂടെ നശിക്കട്ടെ.” എന്ന് നിശ്ചയിച്ച് ഭൂമി പുറപ്പെട്ടു.
