Adhyāya 152 — Bhīṣma’s Authorization for Yudhiṣṭhira’s Return to the Capital (नगरप्रवेशानुज्ञा)

देववत्‌ सततं साध्वी भर्तारमनुपश्यति । दम्पत्योरेष वै धर्म: सहधर्मकृत: शुभ:

devavat satataṁ sādhvī bhartāram anupaśyati | dampatyor eṣa vai dharmaḥ sahadharmakṛtaḥ śubhaḥ ||

മഹേശ്വരൻ അരുളിച്ചെയ്തു—സാധ്വിയായ ഭാര്യ ദേവനോടെന്നപോലെ നിരന്തരം ഭർത്താവിനെ അനുസരിച്ച് നോക്കി പരിചരിക്കുന്നു। ഇതുതന്നെ ദാമ്പത്യധർമ്മം—ഒരുമിച്ച് നിർവഹിക്കുന്ന സഹധർമ്മം—മംഗളകരം।
