एतन्मे संशयं देव तपश्चर्या55श्रितं शुभम्‌ । शंस सर्वमशेषेण त्र्यक्ष त्रिपुरनाशन,देव! त्रिपुरनाशन त्रिलोचन! तपस्याके आश्रित शुभ फलके विषयमें मेरा यही संदेह है। इस सारे संदेहका उत्तर आप पूर्णरूपसे प्रदान करें

etan me saṁśayaṁ deva tapaś-caryāśritaṁ śubham | śaṁsa sarvam aśeṣeṇa tryakṣa tripuranāśana ||

ഹേ ദേവാ! തപശ്ചര്യയെ ആശ്രയിക്കുന്ന ശുഭഫലത്തെക്കുറിച്ച് എനിക്ക് സംശയം ഉദിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. ഹേ ത്രിനേത്രാ, ത്രിപുരനാശനാ! ഒന്നും ശേഷിപ്പിക്കാതെ എല്ലാം പൂർണ്ണമായി അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുക.
