भूमिदान-प्रसङ्गः । काश्यपी-पृथिवी तथा उतथ्य-वरुण-संवादः

शृणुयाद् वानसूयुर्य: श्रद्धधान: समाहित: । नास्य विध्न: प्रभवति भयं चास्य न विद्यते
śṛṇuyād vānasūyur yaḥ śraddadhānaḥ samāhitaḥ | nāsya vidhnaḥ prabhavati bhayaṃ cāsya na vidyate ||
ദോഷദൃഷ്ടിയില്ലാതെ, ശ്രദ്ധയോടെ, ഏകാഗ്രചിത്തനായി ആരെങ്കിലും കേൾക്കുകയാണെങ്കിൽ—അവനെ യാതൊരു വിഘ്നവും കീഴടക്കുകയില്ല; അവനിൽ ഭയവും ഉണ്ടാകുകയില്ല.
