मानसतीर्थ-शौचप्रशंसा | Praise of the ‘Mental Tīrtha’ and the Marks of Purity
सदा द्वादशमासान् वै सप्तलोकान् स पश्यति । जो लगातार बारह महीनोंतक उन्नीसवें दिन एक बार भोजन करता है, वह भी भू आदि सातों लोकोंका दर्शन करता है
sadā dvādaśamāsān vai saptalokān sa paśyati |
ഭീഷ്മൻ പറഞ്ഞു—അവൻ പൂർണ്ണ പന്ത്രണ്ടു മാസം ഏഴ് ലോകങ്ങളെ ദർശിക്കുന്നു. തുടർച്ചയായി പന്ത്രണ്ടു മാസം പത്തൊമ്പതാം ദിവസം ഒരിക്കൽ മാത്രം ആഹാരം കഴിക്കുന്നവനും ഭൂ മുതലായ ഏഴ് ലോകങ്ങളുടെ ദർശനം പ്രാപിക്കുന്നു।
