मानसतीर्थ-शौचप्रशंसा | Praise of the ‘Mental Tīrtha’ and the Marks of Purity
संख्यामतिगुणां चापि तेषु लोकेषु मोदते । उन सभी स्थानोंमें सफलमनोरथ होकर वह देवकन्याओंद्वारा पूजित होता है तथा जिस यज्ञमें बहुत-से सुवर्णकी दक्षिणा दी जाती है, उसके फलको वह प्राप्त कर लेता है और असंख्य वर्षोतक वह उन लोकोंमें आनन्द भोगता है
saṅkhyām atiguṇāṁ cāpi teṣu lokeṣu modate |
ഭീഷ്മൻ പറയുന്നു—അവൻ ആ ലോകങ്ങളിൽ എണ്ണിപ്പറയാനാകാത്തത്ര അധികമായി ആനന്ദിക്കുന്നു. അവന്റെ എല്ലാ ആഗ്രഹങ്ങളും സഫലമാകുന്നു; ദേവകന്യകൾ അവനെ ആരാധിക്കുന്നു. ധാരാളം സ്വർണം ദക്ഷിണയായി നൽകുന്ന യാഗത്തിന്റെ ഫലവും അവൻ പ്രാപിക്കുന്നു; അസംഖ്യ വർഷങ്ങൾ ആ ലോകങ്ങളിൽ സുഖം അനുഭവിക്കുന്നു.
