वाजपेयेषु दशसु प्रादां तेष्वपि चाप्यहम् । इनके अतिरिक्त भी जो वस्तुएँ वेदोंमें दक्षिणाके अवयवरूपसे बतायी गयी हैं, उन सबको मैंने दस वाजपेय यज्ञोंका अनुष्ठान करके दान किया था
vājapeyeṣu daśasu prādāṃ teṣv api cāpy aham |
പത്ത് വാജപേയ യാഗങ്ങളിൽ ഞാൻ ദാനം നൽകി; ആ യാഗങ്ങളിലുമെല്ലാം വേദങ്ങൾ ദക്ഷിണയുടെ അവയവങ്ങളായി നിർദ്ദേശിക്കുന്ന അധിക ദ്രവ്യങ്ങളൊക്കെയും ഞാൻ വാജപേയയാഗങ്ങൾ അനുഷ്ഠിച്ച് പൂർണ്ണമായി ദാനം ചെയ്തിരുന്നു।
