ब्रह्मस्वहरण-निषेधः — Prohibition of Appropriating Brahmin Property

Brahmasva

नरकं त्रिंशतं प्राप्प स्वविष्ठामुपजीवति । श्वचर्यामभिमानं च सखिदारे च विप्लवम्‌

narakaṁ triṁśataṁ prāpya svaviṣṭhām upajīvati | śvacaryām abhimānaṁ ca sakhidāre ca viplavam ||

മുപ്പത് നരകങ്ങളിൽ വീണ ശേഷം അവൻ സ്വന്തം മലമൂത്രം തന്നെയെ ഭക്ഷിച്ച് ജീവിക്കുന്നു. പിന്നെ നായയുടെ അവസ്ഥയിലേക്കു തള്ളപ്പെടുന്നു; മോഹജന്യമായ അഹങ്കാരത്തോടൊപ്പം അവന്റെ ഗൃഹജീവിതവും സൗഹൃദങ്ങളും എല്ലാം തകർന്നു നശിക്കുന്നു.
