उपदेशदोषप्रसङ्गः (Upadeśa-doṣa-prasaṅgaḥ) — The Risk of Misapplied Counsel
सांख्ये चैव परा प्रीतिस्तस्य चैवं व्यवर्धत । वे ऋषि वेद और अथर्ववेदके परिनिष्छित विद्वान् हो गये। कल्पप्रयोग और ज्योतिषयमें भी पारंगत हुए। सांख्यमें भी उनका परम अनुराग बढ़ने लगा
sāṅkhye caiva parā prītis tasya caivaṃ vyavardhata |
സാംഖ്യത്തിലും അവനിൽ പരമ പ്രീതി ഉദിച്ചു; അങ്ങനെ തന്നേ അത് ക്രമേണ വർദ്ധിച്ചു. വേദം, വേദാംഗങ്ങൾ, അതർവ്വവേദത്തിന്റെ നിർണയങ്ങളിൽ ആ ഋഷി പണ്ഡിതനായി പരിനിഷ്ഠിതനായി; കല്പപ്രയോഗത്തിലും ജ്യോതിഷത്തിലും പാരംഗതനായി; സാംഖ്യത്തിൽ അവന്റെ പരമ അനുരാഗം കൂടുതൽ കൂടുതൽ വളർന്നു।
