उपदेशदोषप्रसङ्गः (Upadeśa-doṣa-prasaṅgaḥ) — The Risk of Misapplied Counsel
बाढमित्येव तं विप्र उवाच भरतर्षभ । शुचिर्भूत्वा स शूद्रस्तु तस्यर्षे: पाद्यमानयत्
bāḍham ity eva taṃ vipra uvāca bharatarṣabha | śucir bhūtvā sa śūdras tu tasyarṣeḥ pādyam ānayat |
ബ്രാഹ്മണൻ “ബാഢം (അതിവിശേഷം നന്ന്)” എന്നു പറഞ്ഞ് ക്ഷണം സ്വീകരിച്ചു. തുടർന്ന് ശൂദ്രൻ സ്നാനം ചെയ്ത് ശുചിയായി, ആ മഹർഷിയുടെ പാദപ്രക്ഷാളനത്തിനായി ജലം കൊണ്ടുവന്നു.
