रवं स भैरवं कृत्वा समुद्यम्य करावुभौ । अभ्यद्रवद् भीमसेनं जिघांसु: पुरुषादक:,अब तो वह नरभक्षी राक्षस भीमसेनको मार डालनेकी इच्छासे भयंकर गर्जना करता हुआ दोनों हाथ ऊपर उठाकर उनकी ओर दौड़ा
ravaṃ sa bhairavaṃ kṛtvā samudyamya karāv ubhau | abhyadravad bhīmasenaṃ jighāṃsuḥ puruṣādakaḥ ||
അപ്പോൾ ആ മനുഷ്യഭക്ഷക രാക്ഷസൻ ഭീകരമായി ഗർജിച്ച്, ഇരുകൈകളും ഉയർത്തി, ഭീമസേനനെ കൊല്ലുവാൻ ഉദ്ദേശിച്ച് അവന്റെ നേരെ പാഞ്ഞുവന്നു.
