एकादशाहे यच्छ्राद्धं नवकं तत् प्रकीर्तितम् / चतुष्पथे त्यजेदन्नं पुनः स्नानं समाचरेत्

പതിനൊന്നാം ദിവസത്തിൽ ചെയ്യുന്ന ശ്രാദ്ധം ‘നവകം’ എന്നു പ്രസിദ്ധം. ചതുഷ്പഥത്തിൽ അന്നം ഉപേക്ഷിച്ച് പിന്നെ വീണ്ടും സ്നാനം ആചരിക്കണം.
