श्रीरित्याख्या इन्दिरावेशयुक्ता तस्या द्वितीया प्रतिमा मेघरूपा / शेषण रूपेण यदा हि वीन्द्र तपश्चचार विष्णुना सार्धमेव

śrīrityākhyā indirāveśayuktā tasyā dvitīyā pratimā megharūpā / śeṣaṇa rūpeṇa yadā hi vīndra tapaścacāra viṣṇunā sārdhameva

അവൾ ‘ശ്രീ’ എന്ന നാമത്തിൽ അറിയപ്പെടുന്നു; ഇന്ദിരാ (ലക്ഷ്മി)യുടെ ആവേശം ഉൾക്കൊണ്ടവൾ. അവളുടെ രണ്ടാം പ്രതിമ മേഘരൂപമാണ്. വീന്ദ്രൻ ശേഷരൂപം ധരിച്ചു തപസ്സു ചെയ്തപ്പോൾ, വിഷ്ണുവിനോടൊപ്പം തന്നെയായിരുന്നു ആ തപശ്ചരണം।
