श्रीमुष्टदेशे प्रादुरासीद्धरिस्तु वाराहविष्णुस्त्वजनः पुराणः / भित्त्वाचाब्धिं विविशे तं महात्मा रसातले संस्थितं भूतलं च

ശ്രീമുഷ്ടദേശത്തിൽ ഹരി പ്രത്യക്ഷനായി—ആദി, അജന്മനായ വിഷ്ണു വരാഹരൂപത്തിൽ. സമുദ്രം പിളർത്തി ആ മഹാത്മാവ് രസാതലത്തിൽ പ്രവേശിച്ച് അവിടെ നിലകൊണ്ട ഭൂമിയെ ഉദ്‌ധരിച്ചു കൊണ്ടുവന്നു.
