ബ്രഹ്മാവിനെ സൃഷ്ടിച്ച് പൂജ്യമായ സൃഷ്ടികർമ്മത്തിലേക്ക് അവനെ പ്രേരിപ്പിക്കുന്നു; രുദ്രനെ സൃഷ്ടിച്ച് സംഹാരത്തിലേക്കും പ്രേരിപ്പിക്കുന്നു. പിന്നെ പ്രാപിക്കേണ്ട ഫലത്തിന് യോഗ്യരായ ജീവന്മാർ ബ്രഹ്മ-ശേഷാദി ദേവന്മാരെ വീണ്ടും വീണ്ടും ദർശിച്ച ശേഷം—ഹേ പ്രഭോ—അവർക്കു സമ്യകമായി മോക്ഷം ദയചെയ്യണമേ.

Concept: Viṣṇu empowers Brahmā and Rudra for cosmic functions; after souls attain their due and traverse even exalted divine stations, the Lord alone grants complete liberation.
